(1) Funds received from the Government of Nepal and grants and aid received from other sources shall be in the Legislature-Parliament Development Fund.
(2) Grants and assistance received from foreign governments, foreign diplomatic missions, national and international organizations or agencies should be spent in such a way that the income is reflected in the annual budget of the Government of Nepal.
